All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes to five business days depending on the method selected.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements (turnover conditions). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been satisfied in full. swtoto reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. swtoto will never request your password via chat, email, or phone. Any unauthorized account activity must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, multiple account creation, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2.1 — These Terms & Conditions, together with swtoto's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and swtoto governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 — By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by completing a deposit, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.3 — If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall apply accordingly.
2.4 — swtoto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 — To register and maintain an account on swtoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Any person who provides false information regarding their age during registration will have their account immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to legal proceedings where applicable.
3.3 — swtoto reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: swtoto operates a strict 21+ policy. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a Member is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct a full age verification review before any further access is permitted.
4.1 — Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on swtoto at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 — During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address and mobile phone number.
4.3 — You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your account. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to swtoto promptly via the support channels listed in Clause 16. swtoto accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
4.4 — You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. swtoto will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.
4.5 — In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify swtoto immediately at [email protected]. swtoto will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the review period. swtoto accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access.
4.6 — swtoto reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a conflict with its responsible gaming obligations.
5.1 — As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, swtoto operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed and whenever swtoto deems it necessary thereafter.
5.2 — KYC verification requires submission of the following documents, which must be legible, unaltered, and currently valid:

5.4 — KYC documents are processed within two (2) business days. swtoto will notify you by email once your verification is complete. Pending withdrawal requests will be held until KYC is approved.
Data Security: All KYC documents submitted to swtoto are stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are never shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations.
All deposits to swtoto accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are generally credited to your account within five (5) minutes of a confirmed transfer. swtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account. swtoto reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the swtoto Member account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. This requirement is in place to prevent fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawal requests submitted after 22:00 WIB may be processed the following morning. swtoto aims to process all requests within 24 hours. In cases where KYC verification is pending, withdrawals will be held until the verification process is complete.
All transactions on swtoto are denominated exclusively in IDR. swtoto does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is performed on the Platform. Any conversion costs incurred at the point of bank transfer are the Member's responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. swtoto reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the balance of dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. The Member may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification.
7.1 — From time to time, swtoto offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentive programs to new and existing Members. All promotions are governed by these Terms & Conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms that are published alongside the offer.
7.2 — Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable rollover multiple will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin bets in sports markets with odds below a specified threshold) may not count toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
7.3 — Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unsatisfied wagering requirements are subject to expiry. The expiry period will be stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation.
7.4 — swtoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where swtoto has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is abusing a promotion or exploiting a technical error.
7.5 — Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances.

8.1 — All bets placed on swtoto are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slots, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) live streams). Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface.
8.2 — Sports Betting: All sporting event results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or void event, bets will be settled in accordance with swtoto's sports-specific settlement rules, which are available from the support team on request.
8.3 — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets require all individual legs to be settled as winners for the bet to return a profit. If one or more legs are voided, those selections are removed and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining legs. The specific payout calculation methodology for mix parlay bets is detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
8.4 — Palpable Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds pricing — including but not limited to decimal odds that are clearly inconsistent with the implied probability of the market at the time of placement — swtoto reserves the right to void the relevant bet or to settle it at the correct odds. The determination of what constitutes a palpable error is made at swtoto's sole discretion.
8.5 — Bets are only binding once they have been confirmed and a bet receipt issued to the Member. Bets that have not received a confirmation receipt are not valid. swtoto accepts no liability for bets not completed due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
9.1 — The following conduct is strictly prohibited on swtoto and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

Members found in breach of any of the above prohibitions will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited without recourse. swtoto cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide all available information in the event of criminal investigations.

11.1 — All content on the swtoto Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, game content licensed from third-party providers, and software architecture, is the intellectual property of swtoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
11.2 — Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, frame, scrape, mirror, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
11.3 — Unauthorized use of swtoto's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
12.1 — To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, swtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 — swtoto shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or swtoto had been advised of their possibility:
12.3 — Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes swtoto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.4 — The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. swtoto makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game or betting market for any specific purpose.
13.1 — swtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 — swtoto implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Member data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
13.3 — swtoto will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and licensing authorities) strictly as necessary to provide the Platform's services and to meet legal obligations.
14.1 — swtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, swtoto will notify Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 — Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
14.3 — swtoto encourages all Members to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at https://swtoto.cam/terms-conditions.
15.1 — These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under swtoto's international gaming license jurisdiction.
15.2 — In the event of a dispute between a Member and swtoto, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with swtoto's customer support team. Members should submit a written description of their dispute to [email protected]. swtoto will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.
15.3 — If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified by swtoto's licensing authority. The arbitral proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
15.4 — Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
